天之川学园高中来了一位理飞机头并穿短袍的奇怪转校生，他的名字是如月弦太朗，有着“和全校同学成为朋友”的远大目标。初到校的弦太朗结识了神秘少年歌星贤吾，并再次遇见青梅竹马城岛有希。 同一时刻，校园里出现了Zodiarts怪人。弦太朗于是借助从贤吾手中得来的Fourze Driver，变身成为假面骑士Fourze……以天之川学园高中为舞台，高中生英雄的战斗现正开幕。
