曾经光芒万丈的影帝尤戏，因丑闻缠身导致事业跌入谷底，并饱受失眠之苦。在前往孤岛拍摄实境节目的行程，他意外与高中同学、现任的救援队长阳蒙重逢。令他惊讶的是，只要和阳蒙同床共眠，痛苦的失眠竟消失了。于是他以「助眠」为名，展开各种诱捕式的追求，没想到这场「真人秀」接近尾声，他们才发现，在爱情的陷阱里，早已对对方疯狂上瘾。
